I have allergies, what products do you use?
- We use a variety of luxury brands! We do not use anything known to be pore-clogging.
- Latex-free eyelash glue available.
- Applications will not be done on broken or compromised skin (at the discretion of the artist).
- We also have an extensive background in allergy, skincare, and product/ingredient knowledge, and can generally avoid known allergens if notified ahead of time (but cross-contamination- even in manufacturing- can occur, and know that beauty brands are not required to list allergens the way that food is. But our advanced experience in this area allows us to guide you to the best products based on what you tell us!)
- If you have ingredient sensitivities or allergies, they must be disclosed prior to application! If you are unsure, participation is at your own risk.
- Booking a trial is recommended for anyone, but STRONGLY suggested if you are prone to sensitivities and/or do not know what your allergens are (often, a person may just say they have “sensitive skin.” This information alone does not necessarily guarantee any particular product will not cause a sensitivity, even if the product is labeled as such. Anyone can be allergic or have a sensitivity to ANYTHING, including products labeled as “natural,” “hypoallergenic,” and/or for “sensitive skin.”) Please e-mail christinalouise@sparklestudiopro.com with any concerns prior to booking; we have a tremendous amount of experience with this!
What hygiene practices does your company use?
I experienced a break-out from a makeup application (elsewhere) once. What do you do to prevent this?
I am part of a wedding party, and want to book (and pay for) everyone in the party. Do I have to set up individual appointments for each person? I want to make sure we are all together.
I want to book a service but the date/time isn't available. :-(
What is your cancellation policy?
