I have allergies, what products do you use?


What hygiene practices does your company use?


I experienced a break-out from a makeup application (elsewhere) once. What do you do to prevent this?


I am part of a wedding party, and want to book (and pay for) everyone in the party. Do I have to set up individual appointments for each person? I want to make sure we are all together.


I want to book a service but the date/time isn't available. :-(


What is your cancellation policy?


  • Please be courteous to others and let us know ASAP if you would like to cancel your booked event/service so we can open the date up to others. 
  • Cancellations are accepted up to 2 weeks/14 days before the scheduled party date without penalty, with the exception of any initial deposit paid (deposits are not refundable).  
  • Any deposit paid will NOT be refunded, regardless of how far in advance the cancellation occurs, unless Sparkle Studio Pro is the party initiating the cancellation.  
  • Cancellations within 2-weeks (but sooner than 1 week; 14-8 days) of the scheduled event or service: you will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance due for 50% of the total amount of the service (full payment due upon receipt).  
  • Cancellations within 1-week/7 days of the scheduled event or service: you will be invoiced for the remainder of the balance due for the entire amount of the service (full payment due upon receipt).
