I have allergies, what products do you use?


What hygiene practices does your company use?


  • All products used are cleaned prior to application, before EVERY client. 
  • Alcohol is used to sanitize any “wet” (i.e. creams, liquids, lipsticks) products, and top layers of all “dry” (i.e. powder shadows, blushes, etc) products are removed and/or dispensed onto a sanitized surface. 
  • Hands are always sanitized between clients. 
  • All brushes and tools used are either single-use, or cleaned between EVERY client. 
  • Brushes are machine-washed and dried between events.


I experienced a break-out from a makeup application (elsewhere) once. What do you do to prevent this?


I am part of a wedding party, and want to book (and pay for) everyone in the party. Do I have to set up individual appointments for each person? I want to make sure we are all together.


I want to book a service but the date/time isn't available. :-(


What is your cancellation policy?
